3.3 Nisa Eterna reserves the right to refuse orders without providing a reason.

4. Youth Protection

4.1 The sale and delivery of alcoholic products are strictly limited to persons who have reached the legal minimum age of 18 years.

4.2 By placing an order, the customer confirms that they meet the legal age requirement. A copy of an ID may be requested for age verification.

4.3 If it is determined that the customer has provided false information, we reserve the right to take legal action and cancel the order.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

5.1 All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the legally applicable VAT.
